Countdown to Christmas: It's a Wonderful Life
Next up on the Countdown to Christmas here at AFImagination is a movie that came out when Christmas films were still good enough to be nominated for Oscars...five actually. It's a Wonderful Life stars Jimmy Stewart as a small town fellow who chooses to fore go his long planned adventure of travelling the world so that he can stay and keep up the family business after death of his father. The ending of the film never fails to bring that warm feeling of generosity and thanksgiving that we should all have at this time of the year. The beautiful clothes, classic cars, and small town America setting all make for a perfect holiday movie that sure makes you proud to be from the good ole' USA. WARNING: This clip is the last 10 minutes of the film, so if you haven't seen it and don't want to ruin what could be one of your favorite Christmas movies, just say no to the play button....

I've seen bits and pieces of this movie, but never the whole thing through. Maybe this is the year I'll finally understand why this is a perennial favorite. I'll hold off watching your clip for now. -Aaron
